The Victorian Pharmacy Authority (VPA) is responsible for the administration of the Pharmacy Regulation Act 2010 and wishes to appoint a full-time pharmacist.

The pharmacist’s primary role will be to visit, assess and advise Victorian pharmacies, pharmacy departments and pharmacy depots throughout Victoria.

Applicants must be a registered pharmacist preferably with around ten years or more experience in community or hospital practice and a good working knowledge of pharmacy legislation, practice guidelines and practice standards. A current driver’s licence is essential.

The applicant will also be required to learn and participate in all of the administrative activities undertaken by the VPA.

The position offers the possibility of succession to a higher position.
