LISTED pharmacy software specialist Corum Health has closed its $5.6 million capital raising (PD 31 Aug), with acceptances for just over 52% of the total entitlements available under the offer, raising $2.94 million.
The shortfall has been covered by the offer's underwriter PAC Partners, with the proceeds to see Corum take full control of the PharmX electronic ordering gateway.
