FOUR pharmaceutical giants are being accused of avoiding $215m a year in Australian tax, according to an Oxfam report.
The four companies implicated - Pfizer, J&J, MSD and Abbott - say they operated within the law.
They posted a combined 7% loss in Australia while averaging 31% profit in tax havens like Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands.
