A 37-year-old pharmacist in Kentucky, USA has been sentenced to eight years in prison, after admitting to filling forged prescriptions for opioid drugs.
Michael Ingram, who owned and operated Hometown Pharmacy in Georgetown, pleaded guilty to money laundering and conspiracy to distribute oxycodone, saying his distribution of the drugs was "not for a legitimate medical purpose".
