THE World Health Organization will have a new leader later today, with health officials from 194 countries set to vote on a new director-general for the Geneva-based agency.
The three key candidates are Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus from Ethiopia; Pakistani cardiologist Dr Sania Nishtar; and UK-born Dr David Nabarros, former United Nations Envoy for Ebola.
