STAFF at a US pharmacy had an unexpected disruption to their day, when lightning struck the store yesterday.
The CVS Pharmacy in Wells, Maine, was temporarily evacuated after the lightening strike sparked a fire in the roof of the store.
Firefighters were able to control the blaze and found the majority of the damage was confined to the roof of the pharmacy (pictured).
The store was given the green light to reopen shortly after, with no injuries reported.
