THE Australian Digital Health Agency has created a video to help engage Australians with diabetes with quality information on how to access their diabetes management (HbA1c) test results in My Health Record.
These results are immediately available as soon as uploaded, as opposed to the previous seven-day waiting period, explained the agency, who launched the video in support of National Diabetes Week (09-15 Jul).
The video showcases the real-life story of rugby player Steve Renouf and his family.
The video, which can be seen HERE, on the agency's website and via a range of social media channels, aims to raise awareness and promote the availability of immediate access to diabetes management tests in My Health Record.
