NEURODIVERGENT workers and those with autism, feel under pressure to conceal their true selves at work, at a cost to their mental health, according to a new UK research study.
Adults with autism were found to be 'masking' in the workplace, concealing their traits during social interactions, usually to avoid judgement by others.
