AUSTRALIANS with treatment-resistant high- frequency episodic migraine will have access to Ajovy (fremanezumab) through the PBS from 01 Nov.
ANZ Headache Society's President Dr Elspeth Hutton said, "this new listing for high-frequency episodic migraine is welcome as it will extend that chance for a better life to more Australians, as these patients have a greater risk of progressing to chronic migraine, and are also likely to have a higher risk of developing comorbidities".
