ELECTRONIC prescriptions company, MediSecure, which suffered a large-scale cyber breach last month (PD 17 May), has entered voluntary administration and will face its creditors later this month.
The ASIC statement published this week said FTI Consulting's Vaughn Neil Strawbridge and Paul Stuart Harlond were appointed as voluntary administrators of MediSecure on 03 Jun, and liquidators of the company's subsidiary, Operations MDS, on 04 Jun.
The first meeting of creditors will be on 14 Jun at 11am AEST.
Those wishing to attend are advised to submit proof and proxies by 13 Jun 4pm AEST to medisecure@fticonsulting.com.
