HEALTHCARE manufacturer 2San Pty Ltd has begun a two-year court enforceable undertaking for unlawfully importing bacterial vaginosis tests and pregnancy tests not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
The ruling means 2San must provide an annual written audit to the TGA, hire a compliance consultant to advise on regulatory procedures, recall the unregistered goods and pay costs for the undertaking.
