DESIGNED for oily, acne-prone and sensitive skin, the new Eau Thermale Avene Sunsitive Oil Control Sunscreen Fluid SPF 50 (RRP $38.99) is made in Australia especially for the harsh local sun.
As well as providing broad spectrum of UVB-UVA protection, this sunscreen works to absorb excess sebum to deliver an anti-shine and mattifying finish.
Free of fragrance and alcohol, active ingredients in the mix include Monolaurin, which has been scientifically proven for its sebum-regulating properties, along with silica, which works to absorb oil for an anti-shine benefit.
It is also dry to the touch, invisible and non-comedogenic, and will not leave a white cast on the skin, making it ideal for everyday use.
Like all sunscreens, it is critical to apply generously 20 minutes prior to sun exposure and reapply every two hours or around 40 minutes after swimming, sweating or towel drying.
Available at leading pharmacies.
