Pharmacy compounding
supplier Medisca Australia has
obtained its Therapeutic Goods
Administration (TGA) licence to
repackage TGA goods.
Medisca opened its first Sydney
facility in February last year, and
had to demonstrate compliance
with the Good Manufacturing
Practice code, to ensure the
product was safe for human
consumption, the company said.
The TGA inspection was
conducted in September and the
licence was issued on 21 Jan.
Medisca Australia general
manager Andrew Rowe said
compounders could have
confidence in products purchased
