adoption of the new policy will be
delayed until Oct 2014.
The policy forces greater
transparency by proactive
publishing of clinical trial data.
Political, technical, personal data
and commercial-in-confidence
issues needed to be balanced
against proactive data disclosure
and would be worked through
before October, the EMA said.
