revealed plans to buy
pharmaceutical distributor Kinray
Inc for around US$1.3 billion.
The acquisition is aimed at
expanding Cardinal’s US retail
pharmacy distribution base by an
estimated 40%.
Kinray, a distributor of branded
and generic drugs, clocks around
