RESEARCHERS from Griffith University's Institute for Glycomics have developed a new malaria vaccine and demonstrated that it works in early trials in humans.
Lead researcher Professor Michael Good had so much faith in the vaccine, called PlasProtecT, that he chose to become the first person to receive it.
