STRESSED; here's a great way to maintain mental health. Rather than becoming utterly frustrated, a Florida, USA woman caught in a traffic jam decided to make the most of the unanticipated down-time by getting out her yoga mat and doing some exercises on the road.
Kristin Bjornsen was stuck on the I-95 freeway after an accident closed down the northbound lanes for about two hours.
The quick thinker posted some of her yoga routine - possibly an Upward Facing Dog pose - on social media along with the caption "Clearing the traffic in my mind #i95 #traffic #miami #zen #sendwater".
