Three year agreement with MedAdvisor will see TWC app roll out this month.
Listed medication adherence provider MedAdvisor has just confirmed a new agreement with TerryWhite Chemmart, which includes a customised version of the MedAdvisor app developed and offered to all TWC stores nationwide.
TerryWhite Chemmart ceo Anthony White said: “We’re always looking at how we can improve our services to customers, and working with MedAdvisor to provide an innovative solution that will bring added convenience and deeper connections with customers is a real value add. It is for this reason a number of our stores have been using MedAdvisor’s technology and why we have chosen to extend our work together to offer customers the best engagement in-store and digitally.”
Customisation of the application has already commenced, with the special version expected to go live in the various smartphone app stores during May 2018.
MedAdvisor ceo Robert Read said the development was a result of the value that existing stores using the platform are receiving. “We expect that by providing a white-labelled version, additional stores across the TerryWhite Chemmart network will sign up to MedAdvisor, extending our pharmacy network and patient acquisition opportunity”.
MedAdvisor’s PlusOne software will also support TerryWhite Chemmart’s ambition to drive healthier communities by helping stores identify, recruit, book and record and claim services delivered to patients, the companies said.
