A school bus driver in France has been fined after he asked his young passengers to take a breathalyser test in his place.
Since 2015, all coaches in France have been fitted with devices to stop them from starting until the driver's breath has been tested for its alcohol content.
A French court this week heard testimony that the 51-year-old driver asked some of the boys on board to blow into the device in his place.
The driver testified that he asked them to do it "as a joke" and that the engine was already running at the time.
However the students said he had confessed to having a couple of beers, and showed GPS evidence from phones indicating the bus had subsequently been driven at high speed.
A fine of 370 was levied on the now unemployed driver.
