DISCOUNT Drug Stores has continued its strong run in the monthly Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards, once again coming top of the poll in Oct 2018.
DDS has led the survey results every month since May this year, with the Oct results showing Priceline Pharmacy in second place, followed by Amcal, Chemist Warehouse and Guardian.
The awards are based on a rolling annual sample of 9,280 consumers over the 12 months to 31 Oct.
