HEALTH Minister Greg Hunt needs to stay on top of his game during the current Federal Election - so it's no wonder that he took the opportunity to have a flu immunisation at Chemist Warehouse Mornington earlier this month.
The jab was administered by pharmacist immuniser, Dmytri Nikolayev, who works at one of the more than 230 Chemist Warehouse stores nationally where immunisations are available with the 2019 influenza vaccine.
Doctors, nurse practitioners and pharmacist immunisers are administering the vaccine to Chemist Warehouse customers for $12.99, with 2019 being the sixth year running that Chemist Warehouse has offered the service.
"As the House of Wellness we are committed to educating Australians on the importance of being prepared and encouraging them to be vaccinated to protect not only themselves but those around them and the wider community," said Chemist Warehouse Retail Director and pharmacist, Mario Tascone.
