THE TerryWhite Chemmart (TWC) Network Partner conference concluded this week with a gala dinner and the announcement of the HEART Award winners for 2019.
This year's TerryWhite Chemmart Rhonda White Leadership Award was won by Matt Boulter (pictured second from left), from Marion Compounding in South Australia for 10 years.
The prestigious award recognises, amongst other achievements, "Boulter's tireless work in building a large and highly successful DAA and residential care business in his community of Marion" where he works directly with many local groups, the announcement said.
Megan McWaters from Kapunda, SA, won the Retail Leadership Award -- a new award for 2019 -- which recognises the pharmacy team leader who consistently leads their team by example.
The National Pharmacy of the Year award was won by TWC Browns Plains, Queensland, and the Improvement Award was taken out by the team from TWC Wodonga, Victoria.
Supplier awards went to Arrotex, Bayer and Ego.
