ASTRAZENECA has formed a partnership with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation to develop an integrated kitchen garden program for secondary schools in Australia.
The move is part of AZ's Youth Health Programme which aims to address risk factors that lead to non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and heart failure.
In Australia the efforts focus on fostering healthy eating habits in adolescents.
