KEN Bickle, who has been
instrumental in the development
and implementation of the National
Return and Disposal of Unwanted
Medicines Project (NatRUM), has
announced he will step down from
the organisation’s board.
Bickle has been involved since
the 1990s, actually managing the
original Newcastle pilot which
developed the basic protocols for
the program and demonstrated its
cost-effectiveness.
“His uncanny ability to provide
the new ideas, sound advice and
financial oversight have ensured
the Project’s successful growth, and
will be greatly missed by all,” said
project manager Toni Riley. The above article was sent to subscribers in Pharmacy Daily's issue from 27 May 16 To see the full newsletter, see the embedded issue below or CLICK HERE to download Pharmacy Daily from 27 May 16
