Big tobacco wins US

TOBACCO companies in the USA has struck a blow to the FDA’s plans to place graphic warnings on cigarette packets, after US District Judge Richard Leon ruled that the “mini billboards” would violate free speech. According to the ruling, the graphics would “unconstitutionally compel speech”.
