AUSTRALIA'S largest vitamins company Blackmores Group has announced its membership with the National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO).
NAWO collaborates with businesses in male-dominated sectors to promote gender equality in operations.
As a corporate member, Blackmores will support initiatives to boost workplace diversity and career advancement in supply chain industries.
Rob Callen, Blackmores Chief Operations Officer, emphasised their focus on increasing female representation, noting that women currently hold 42% of their operations roles.
Monika Beer, Process Improvement Manager, highlighted the importance of the membership in challenging stereotypes and encouraging more women into engineering roles.
