BRISTOL-Myers Squibb is facing
a US Federal Court lawsuit over
allegations it denied its
pharmaceutical reps compensation
for overtime hours.
The move follows a similar case
against Novartis lodged earlier this
year in which the US Court of
Appeals found that the company’s
pharmaceutical reps were entitled
to overtime pay for working more
