The Australian National Preventive Health Agency has issued its “Ten Top Tips to Enjoying Christmas Festivities” focusing on the consequences of binge drinking. Their Be the influence - Tackling Binge Drinking initiative includes their top ten tips to a healthy and happy Christmas. Start with a soft drink, balance each drink with a glass of water and focus more on friends than the bar are among their recommendations. CLICK HERE for the full list of tips.
