CORUM Group is now trading on the Australian Securities Exchange under the PHX code, following the sale of its pharmacy software business to Canada's Jonas Software.
The company received the initial consideration of $4.75 million on Tue, with the PHX code reflecting its focus on the PharmX platform (PD 24 Aug).
Henceforth, the company is to be known as PharmX Technologies, with about 60 suppliers and 175 brands now part of the platform.
