Coty soars to $9b

Following the successful merger with The Procter & Gamble Company’s Specialty Beauty Business, Coty becomes the third largest beauty company in the world, with approximately USD$9b in revenue. The company has announced it has restructured into three divisions to manage the change as seamlessly as possible: Coty Luxury, Coty Consumer Beauty and Coty Professional Beauty.
