CHEMIST Warehouse (CWH) has been forced to withdraw Bondi Protein Co's chocolate and salted caramel vegan protein bars from its stores over concerns they contain undeclared allergens, news.com.au reports.
Announcing the recall, Food Standards Australia and New Zealand warned that consumers who have peanut allergies or intolerances may have a reaction if the product is consumed.
The recall is being conducted by Yours Truly Chocolates, and customers are advised to contact CWH's customer service team if they require more information.
The affected batches of the chocolate bars have best before dates of 04 Feb 2022 and 14 Mar 2022, while the salted caramel bars have an expiry date of 29 Jan 2022.
