Wealthy Chinese people are
paying several thousand dollars
a month for nurses to give them
daily doses of human breast milk
as a health food, according to a
report in the South China Morning
Post this week.
Breast milk supplies are big
business in China after the
country was rocked by a scandal
over poisoned baby milk formula.
But now some suppliers say
they are expanding to cater for a
booming new demand from adult
customers.
Deluxe service clients have their
own personal wet nurse visit
their home or office, or even live
in, and the younger prettier wet
nurses can charge more.
Fast food is often not the
healthiest option, but for three
customers at a Taco Bell in
Michigan in the USA it certainly
led to a healthy bank balance.
When they started to eagerly
tuck into food they’d ordered at
the drive-through restaurant they
found $3,600 cash in the bag.
The trio discovered the
restaurant’s potentially expensive
mistake after they had driven
several miles away.
After a discussion, they decided
to return the money, and said the
best thing about their honesty
was finally getting their grub.

morning, and he’s unable to open
it during the day no matter how
much he craves lighting up.
