CHANGING population trends have led US toilet paper maker Charmin, part of Procter & Gamble, to introduce new gigantic dunny rolls.
The "Forever Roll" (pictured) comes in two sizes - a 22cm version for one-person households, and a huge 30cm roll for "multi-user" living situations.
Charmin said the innovation reflected the fact that more Americans, particularly millennials, are living alone in homes with limited storage space.
The Wall Street Journal quoted P&G estimates that one Forever Roll could last up to three months - of course depending on the user's dietary habits.
A Forever Roll starter kit, with a free stand, starts at US$30 online.
Many people love the colour pink, but things probably went a bit too far in the Ohio, USA village of Coal Grove last week when the water coming out of the local taps changed colour.
Officials first warned residents not to drink the pink liquid, but later revised their advice after it turned out to be due to a harmless sodium permanganate dosing error at a water treatment centre.
Despite the pink water not posing a hazard to human health, they did warn that it could have a colourful affect on the washing.
