THE bigger the yawn, the bigger the brain.
That's the conclusion a study from the US has come to, after biologists investigated the length of yawns in mammals with different brain sizes.
Good news: humans consistently had longer yawns than gorillas, camels, horses, lions, walruses and African elephants.
In the Biology Letters journal, researchers at the State University of New York at Oneonta, said yawning duration may also be related to cognitive capacity.
Sadly mice, rats, rabbits and foxes drew the short straw with their tiny brains and tiny yawns.
And if you were wondering, the average human yawn is just under seven seconds long.
SCENT is intricately linked to our emotions - so what does it say about the human race that we're hooked on a candle that smells like a freshly unboxed Apple Mac computer.
When Apple accessories company, Twelve South, recently launched the candle capturing the scent of a new Apple product, it sold out in just two hours.
According to the company the 100% soy wax candle has notes of mint, peach, basil, lavender, mandarin and sage - how they combine together to create the small of a brand new laptop, we're not quite sure.
