Marc-Antoine Fardin accepts the Ig Nobel prize for Physics for his study, "Can a Cat Be Both a Solid and a Liquid," during the 27th First Annual Ig Nobel Prize Ceremony at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S. Sep 14, 2017.
Other honours were conferred upon research around how holding a crocodile influences gambling (which was really about the link between someone's emotional state and how they gambled) and whether playing the didgeridoo can help cure snoring and be a viable alternative treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome.
