FDA likes LifeVest

A WEARABLE cardioverter defibrillator called LifeVest, designed to be worn by children at risk of sudden cardiac arrest, but who are not candidates for an implantable defibrillator due to certain medical conditions or lack of parental consent, has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.
