THE FedEx Corporation has been
charged with conspiring with two
online pharmacy organisations to
distribute controlled substances
and prescription drugs without
requiring the customers to have a
valid prescription in the US.
The Food and Drug Administration
(FDA) said it was hopeful that this
would reinforce the message that
publich health takes priority over a
company’s profits.
