IN A case of what looks a little like the proverbial fox in the chicken coop, major international tobacco company Philip Morris has announced the extension of its partnership with science innovation group Scuderia Ferrari to transition smokers from "the most harmful form of nicotine consumption -- cigarettes -- to scientifically substantiated less harmful alternatives that are smoke-free".
