THE Guild's Pharmacy Groups Symposium currently happening in Melbourne has 110 representatives attending, employing over 57,000 Australians across 5,000 primary healthcare locations.
The attendees intend to hold the Govt to its core promise of delivering the 8CPA by 01 Mar 2024 and showed support for the current location rules.
The groups agreed to work to their full scope of practice and welcomed recent state announcements (PD 20 Nov).
Attendees also urged all the Govts to consider funding support like the UK Govt provides to pharmacies moving to full scope of practice.
