POTENTIAL contamination has
prompted GlaxoSmithKline (GSK)
to recall three batches of Children’s
Panadol 5-12 years suspension
supplied in 200mL bottles (PD
breaking news yesterday).
The affected batch numbers
are 136418 and 136444 (both
strawberry flavour) as well as
136443 (orange flavour), all with an
expiry date of Feb 2018.
Pharmacies have been advised to
quarantine any affected stock, with
no other batches, bottle sizes or
products affected by the recall.
