Healthlinks.net.au name change

Healthlinks.net.au will now trade as GuildLink Pty Ltd. The change was announced at
the Australian Pharmacy
Professional (APP) Conference on
the Gold Coast at the weekend.
GuildLink CEO Ross Gallagher said,
“As a wholly owned subsidiary of
the Pharmacy Guild of Australia,
we felt it was timely we adopted
the family name.
GuildLink will continue to offer
all the services our customers are
familiar with - such as GuildCare
software for pharmacies, and
management and distribution for
Medicines Information via the
Secure Data Warehouse - with
some exciting new
developments.”
GuildLink will have two divisions:
Patient Care will focus on
building the strong relationships
with community pharmacies and
extending GuildLink’s position in
the marketplace as the primary
provider of software and
professional patient support
programs to assist pharmacists to
meet the requirements of the Fifth
Community Pharmacy Agreement
and provide professional patient
health services.
Medicines Information will
continue to work with
pharmaceutical companies and
associated industry providers in
the provision of quality services to
distribute Consumer Medicine
Information (CMI), Product
Information (PI) and drug images
electronically to the Australian
market, including provision of
CMIs in accessible formats suitable
for the print impaired.
Mr Gallagher said, under the
GuildLink banner, the company
will be even better positioned to
offer more services.
Each expansion will be guided by
the company value proposition –
powering the better use of medicines.
