HIP directors resign

HEALTH Corporation Limited, the parent company of the Health Information Pharmacy franchise group, has announced the resignation of its chairman Graham Dunkley and board member Greg Albert as non-executive directors, effective immediately. The company’s new chairman is Jason Davis who joined the board two weeks ago, with other members Mathew Abrahams, Tony Ince and Executive Director Ken Lee.
