HIP restructure

HEALTH Corporation, the owner of the Health Information Pharmacy franchise group, today announced the departure of its chief financial officer and company secretary Stephen Sippel “to pursue new opportunities” in line with its efforts to reduce costs and streamline administration. Rachel Jelleff has been named as the new Company Secretary, and Kim Stevenson is the firm’s new Financial Controller, with both having experience in administering public companies as part of the management team from the company’s new investment syndicate.
