AUSTRALIAN children are commonly exposed to damp housing and gas stove emissions, both of which are contributing to childhood asthma, according to new research published in the latest Medical Journal of Australia.
UniQ researchers found 12% of childhood asthma is attributable to exposure to gas stoves, and 8% is linked to dampness - mja.com.au.
