How can we turn this into a
win-win situation for both your
staff and customers?
In three easy steps we can get
through the silly season with a few
old fashioned sales techniques.
Firstly, smile! Taking it back to
basics with the greeting of a
customer, make sure it’s sincere
and shows them that you really
are here to help and make this
crazy time easier for them.
Secondly, listen.
By really pin pointing what it is
that your customer is looking
for you can achieve better sales.
Not just what they want, but
why they want it.

Kits are a sure-fire lift in sales
this time of year, so utilise them
and display them well to avoid
January clearance!
Finding out “why” leads you to
our last step, problem solving.
“Now if you are heading up
the coast, have you got yourself
a good sunscreen?”
Finding solutions to solve their
needs that they may not have
even thought about is a sure
way to please, and you will gain
satisfaction through having
positive, not grumpy, customer
interactions.
