FELICITY McNeill, head of the Office of Health Protection and former First Assistant Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Division of the Federal Department of Health has been named as the ACT finalist in the 2015 Telstra Business Women’s Awards. She was cited as a “prime mover in the systematic reform of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme,” leading about 180 staff to provide timely and affordable access to medicines across Australia.
