National Stroke Week

FROM 08 to 14 Sep, it is National Stroke Week. Stroke was the second leading cause of death and a major cause of disability, the National Stroke Foundation said. Receiving the right care at the right time in the right place could significantly improve an individual’s chance of surviving a stroke and recovering to lead a full and independent life, it said.
