Nesina correction

Nesina, indicated to improve glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes, when added to other anti-diabetic medications, will become the first and only DPP-4 inhibitor to be reimbursed second line without the need to demonstrate contraindication or intolerance to sulphonylurea or metformin (PD Fri). This PBS reimbursement for Nesina will take effect from 1st December 2013 onwards.
