New RACGP president

PROFESSOR Claire Jackson, who’s head of general practice and primary care at the University of Queensland, will become the president of the Royal College of General Practitioners after the organisation’s annual conference in Cairns during October. Jackson was the only person who nominated for the role meaning an election wasn’t necessary.
