APOTEX has announced that with NortriTABS listed on the PBS as a-flagged effective 01 Aug, it is interchangeable with Allegron (nortriptyline hydrochloride) for the treatment of major depression.
The listing is a "restricted benefit" for major depression only, with NortriTABS being the first listed generic nortriptyline available through pharmacy in Australia.
